Rule #7 SMILEβ¦ In the Summer of 2020, a person in Tanzania told me to always smile, no matter what people say. So in the beginning of 2021, after returning to Tanzania alone this time, I wrote in my journal with colored pencils #7 SMILE. I smile in the presence of people who I was once attached to whose behavior once gave me great pain and suffering. πππΎ I smile when I recognize that my behavior causes stress in other people. ππ I smile with the knowledge that many people talk with me because they want sex or money. ππ I smile because I like to smile. πππ
