My mental health has taken a bit of a nose dive , as on my path to recovery I had a relapse of quite a few not so proud things , and I for the first time have to say. I need to take a small break. Just for a few days , maybe a week. Business will be back to usual in short notice. And I'll continue on my routine! I usually just tough it out but it's to a point I really need time to myself to focus . Thank you for understanding. And thank you all so so much for the love you show ! Xx -Zureealđź’•
