

First workout in 10 days!!! ๐ Calf is feeling better, not healed, but better. Mouth still sucks and hurts like hell. Of course itโs not healing as fast as I had expected, but I canโt sit around and just NOT workout one, more, day! ๐ฉ I literally hate not getting physical activity in for more than a day, drives me insane. On a good note it looks as tho I actually leaned out during my time off. Being that Iโm limited on what I can eat it kind of pushed me to eat even better, and less of course. Feels great to be back even if itโs for lightweight ๐ช๐ฝ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ช๐ฝ Whoever needs to hear it, or thinking of starting on a fitness journeyโฆjust do it! Itโs never too late to start ๐ฏ๐๐
