So I spent more than 2 hours on the phone last night trying to get this internet issue resolved..with no luck 😒 one woman even assured me it was fixed and cancelled my tech appt. It went out 5 min later 😡 I spoke to 4 different ppl and there’s nothing else they can do. I rescheduled my appt. For the 4th 😩 I’ll do my best to post in the times in managed to connect. I’ve already sent through all my data for the month and will probably have to buy more. I’d switch complained but there are no real other options here if you need fast connection. All I wanted yesterday was to play Fable 🥺 this better not be what the new year is going to be like 😭🤣
