Winter rye ready to harvest for seed for next season's cover crop (not sure what we're gonna do with all the thistles 🤣), happy sheep and chunky lambs, fresh oyster mushrooms, a big 5 gallon carboy of kombucha... This is the positive side, continued drought is a very real concern as we face two more weeks of dry hot weather.
