I work way to much and my job takes away a lot of my energy.. definitely not enjoying it very much, and feeling like I’m being taken advantage of for not near enough pay haha I never have time to do the things I like anymore, and we are so short staffed that I work everyday, and feel obligated to work on days even if I have other plans (I am a manager by the way)!I do not feel it is smart to give everything I have anymore.. What do you guys think I should do?
