I benched today, I couldn’t ask for a better Valentine’s day..
Added 2021-02-14 20:47:43 +0000 UTCI benched today, I couldn’t ask for a better Valentine’s day gift. Only 9 days after getting hit by a truck, a torn MCL in the knee and two fractured ribs, I am back at it. Of course I have to listen to my pain response and stay below the 4/10 threshold and I can’t bench with my feet on the ground or with my regular set up, but I can do enough to not lose strength and muscle mass. Here’s we go!!!! 157lbs x 10 reps
