Each day we should be improving our ability to navigate the world and all the chaos, but it's very easy to instead just go completely insane from it all. For me, controlling the things in my life that are controllable, is the way to keep my mind calm, sharp and present, amid all the beasts lurking in the dark jungle. I have the control, to build myself a body thats strong and highly capable, so I can walk around each day knowing that this is mine, custom built, and ready to kill.
