

After a night out with my cousins, hydration is the name of the game. I rarely ever drink, but when I do I regret it, and my body *needs* electrolytes and hydration. Drinking half your body weight in ounces of water (140 lbs= 70 oz) should be your minimum target everyday to keep the body and skin supple and youthful. Do more if you partake in alcoholic beverages.
