

My cardiologist demands that I lose the 15 lbs I put on during July and August when my parents and sister were sick in the hospital. I want **you all** to be my accountability partners! Starting September 1, 2022, every 10 minutes to the hour starting at 10:50 am, I will be getting off my tail and MOVING. 10k steps a day minimum, per the Fitbit. SOMETIMES IT WILL BE on my trampoline, other times on my upright rowing machine, on free weights, or at the gym. Feel free to shout out workouts you want me to do during these times and CHALLENGE ME to get as fit as I can as I approach the big 5-4! 💋💋
