As a stroke, pulmonary embolism, and cardiac event survivor, exercise is ESSENTIAL for life.
I personally prefer rebounding with mini trampolines for cardiovascular health. It also helps the immune system.
I recently gained weight this year due to depression (3 deaths in fam this year) and going vegan due to a meat allergy from a tick bite.
Today begins my new kicking my a** into shape journey. Join me. 10k a day minimum.
